Initially coming for his studies, Mike joins the Kartel after losing all the financial support provided by his family. Driven by survival instinct and attracted by the ease of it, he comes up with the idea of creating a new drug by mixing narcotics with Iboga, a psychoactive African plant notably used in initiation rites in Gabon. Mike's 'Green' quickly becomes a commercial success. As his product gains notoriety, the two main distributors in Paris begin searching for the person responsible for their declining business.
