SYNOPSIS:
A documentary about four young West Indians who return to the land of their ancestors: Benin, to a place called the Gate of No Return, where these same ancestors were torn from more than three centuries ago to be thrown into the hold of a slave ship. As the young generation of islanders travel back though space and time to their native Africa, they leave their own mark made of brick and cement--but also of hope, and light.
