  • SYNOPSIS: An unrelenting look at the disenchanted France of the 1970s, the film follows Jimmy Larivière as he struggles to survive with his daughter. His run-in with a group of idealistic crooks called the Gang of the French Caribbean convinces him to turn to the dark side. Full of false promises, violence, friendships, rivalries and betrayals, this is the story of an exasperated community who arrived in France through the BUMIDOM (Office for the French Caribbean Migration). With a gun in his hand, how can Jimmy not become a slave to easy money?
